YOU ARE THE HOUSE OF PRAYER

Mark 11:17 And he taught, saying unto them, Is it not written, My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer? but ye have made it a den of thieves.
One time Jesus went into the temple in Jerusalem and discovered that it has been turned into a business center instead of a place of worship. He made a cord of whips and drove away the money changers and those who sold doves.
These were His words after the incident:
……. Is it not written, My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer? but ye have made it a den of thieves (Mark 11:17).
In the New testament, we are told that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost (1 Corinthians 6:19). Thus according to the words of Jesus, you are now “the house of prayer”. Hallelujah! Do you know that you are the house of prayer?
Prayer must be one main thing about your life. According to the words of Jesus, the way to detect the house of God is prayer.
According to 1 Peter 2:9, you are royal priesthood. And in priesthood it is required that the priest offer incense which speaks of prayer. Your calling is that of prayer. God must be smelling incense all the time from your temple.
Decide to be a praying person from today. Your design by default is to offer prayers. It is your calling! Not praying as a believer on a consistent basis is to forfeit your calling in Christ as a priest of God.
